They are also those who are qualified to install, maintain, repair, alter, or extend any insulation primarily installed to prevent loss or gain of heat from internal or external sources in pipes, vessels, ducts, or built-up refrigerated boxes or rooms. They are also qualified to install acoustical materials and non-structural domed ceilings.
