Building Contractor License Classes

This course includes both Contract Administration and Project Management (Parts 1 and 2). When you sign up for the classes, you immediately receive an email and password combination that gives you access to practice questions and lecture videos. Our material prepares you for the different types of questions you will encounter when you take the Building Test.

We offer free live refresher online classes for Contractors to help get ready for the Exam with the online class's purchase. You can also attend live online classes as needed. All live refresher online classes are on Saturdays from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (ET); we teach how to solve math problems for trade, business, and finance problems.
