Sealcoating--Class "D." The scope of work of a Class "D" engineered paving builder shall include and be limited to the application of prepared sealants to roadways, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other similar surfaces, including incidental striping, pavement markings, and signage. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "D" engineered paving builder by the board, the applicant shall have at least one (1) year of practical experience in the class.
