Jack and Bore Installer--Class "H." The scope of work of a Class "H" engineered utility and drainage builder shall include and be limited to the construction, installation, repair, maintenance, alteration, extension, and excavation for public and private underground crossings, being limited to the jacking and boring of casing sections, including the welding of sections, proper pit excavations, and dewatering, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof, and in compliance with the building code and other applicable codes and regulations. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "H" engineered utility and drainage builder by the board, the applicant shall have at least four (4) years of practical experience in the class.
