Interlocking Brick Pavers—Class "F": The scope of work of a Class "F" engineered paving builder shall include and be limited to preparing the base, providing for proper drainage, and to select, cut and lay interlocking brick. A Class "F" engineered paving builder shall not pour or finish concrete, except that which is required for the placing of the interlocking brick system. In order for an applicant to be eligible to be certified as a Class "F" engineered paving builder, the person shall have at least four (4) years of practical experience in the class. A Class "F" engineered paving builder shall not be allowed to do work on patios unless such builder also has been issued an Interlocking Brick Pavers—Class "IBP" certificate of competency.
