The scope of work of a Class "FWC" specialty building contractor shall include and be limited to the placing, finishing, installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of any concrete on grade. The scope of work shall include slabs, walks, driveways, pool decks, foundations associated with slabs, and incidental foundations. In order to be eligible to be certified as a Class "FWC" specialty building contractor by the board, the applicant shall have at least two (2) years of practical experience in the category.
