Alaska Outside Communications Administrator License

An Outside Communications Administrator may supervise outside communications work, including outside linework as defined in 12 AAC 32.075(b) but limited to the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of telephone, telegraph, cable television, and intercommunication facilities, up to the first point of distribution or the first terminal inside of building or property lines.
